*We are not offering discounted shipping in Fall 2023. Each customer has to ship their own boxes to our address. We also accept properly labeled packages from third party vendors (Amazon, Dormify, etc.)
We will not accept packages before July 15th and cannot ensure on-time delivery for packages arriving after August 7th.
Packages will be delivered to on-campus rooms before the August 14th move-in date.

Regular Pre-Arrival Services
Our pre-arrival service is designed to make Cornell University move-in a breeze for incoming students and their families. Our service is simple; you ship us your student’s boxes to our given address and our dedicated team of Cornell students ensures that your student’s boxes are placed in your room before you arrive.
All you have to do is follow our step-by-step process, place an order on our website with the appropriate number of boxes, ship them to us, and find them waiting in your room once you move in!

Due to the large number of orders, we will only be able to offer our pre-arrival services to students in on-campus housing, including Greek life housing (after confirming with the housing director of your chapter). For those who have stored their items with us in the spring, please log into your account on www.bigredboxes.com or contact brss@studentagencies.com to schedule your drop off!

Pre-Arrival Pricing
Note: You must order the correct number of boxes that you are sending to us for pre-arrival delivery.
Delivery Service: $45/box (Boxes sent that are larger than 20x20x20 inches or weigh over 45 lbs may result in oversize and overweight fees)
Late Fee: $20 on any box that we receive after the cutoff date of August 7th. This fee covers the additional cost of truck fees and labor.
