PLEASE follow each step in the process diligently so we can deliver your boxes to the correct room!

 
 

Step 1

Make sure your boxes fit the criteria

  • You must have already received your final housing assignment and contract.

  • Boxes must follow Fedex shipping guidelines (packages cannot contain perishable, flammable, fragile, etc. items)

  • We strongly ask that each box be no larger than 20x20x20 inches or be greater than 45 lbs (oversize/overweight fees may apply).

Step 2

Place an order for the number of boxes that you would like to ship to us for Pre-Arrival delivery by clicking here. But FIRST, please preview the rest of the steps below for important information.

You must label your boxes correctly.

Step 3

Fill out the label template and attach 2 labels to each box you are sending us. Please make sure that the labels are clearly visible and secured by taping them to the box with clear tape.

  • Box label templates can be downloaded here. (There are 6 labels to a page so you will need to cut them.)

  • Please tape your labels onto the SIDES of the box, preferably on 2 opposing sides!

Step 4

IMPORTANT!!! Please address the box according to the template below:

[Student's Legal Name] ; [NetID]

We work with Cornell to ensure your boxes are delivered to the right room, therefore it is crucial you provide us with your student’s name and NetID (e.g. abc123) as shown on his/her Cornell Student Center account. Please wait to ship your boxes until you have received your housing contract - we cannot drop off your boxes at the appropriate location without this information.

Step 5

Look for the confirmation email notifying you of your Squarespace order.

  • Please do not delete any confirmation emails or throw away any delivery receipts until after move-in.

Step 6

Arrive on campus, and have your items waiting for you in your dorm room!

You can also ship items to the Student Agencies Front desk located at 409 College Ave for pickup.

We are not responsible for any boxes we receive that are not associated with a pre-arrival order contract. We are also not responsible for any damage or loss of a box during handling by a shipping carrier before it is delivered to us.

We will NOT be able to offer our pre-arrival services or refunds for any packages that arrive after August 7th or with incorrect address labels. Instead, you can pick up those packages from one of the Cornell service centers 1 to 2 weeks after move-in begins. We will personally provide you with more information about the late pick-ups at a later time.
