We are offering a drop-off service at our designated location where you can drop off your packages (properly labelled) instead of shipping them to our warehouse! You can drive up to our designated drop-off location on 8 Verizon Lane, Lansing, NY 14882, bring your boxes, and we will make sure they arrive at your dorm room before you move in. You do not need to schedule a time slot before coming to drop off your packages!

Please note: The designated drop-off location at 8 Verizon Lane, Lansing, NY 14882 is different from our warehouse location where you will be shipping your boxes to!

Before coming up to Ithaca:

1. Follow through with our Step by Step Process outlined here!

2. Pack up your boxes - We ask that the boxes be no larger than 28x28x28 inches.

3. Label your boxes with the correct labels detailed here.

4. Place your drop-off order with a one-time fee of $15.00 (which is regardless of the number of packages) in addition to the Pre-Arrival Service order with the number of packages you want delivered through our service.

5. Set your destination to 8 Verizon Lane, Lansing NY 14882 where our workers will be awaiting you and your packages!

1. Turn onto Tower Barn Road from Auburn Road or North Triphammer Road

2. Drive down Tower Barn Road and turn down Verizon Lane on your left

3. Drive down Verizon Lane, past the Lansing Highway Department and make a right at the Big Red Shipping and Storage sign

4. You will see our drop-off tables and our Big Red workers ready to greet you!
